Rederij P. Kooij is the original canal touring company celebrating over 100 years of guiding tourists and locals alike on the canals of Amsterdam. Sam & Julia's Mouse Mansion is right around the corner from our hotel. Step into the magical miniature world created by Karina Schaapman where every detail tells a story. Here, you'll find the original Mouse Mansion sets featured in the book series. Take your time exploring the detailed rooms, apartments, shops, and workplaces that bring this miniature world to life. You'll recognize Sam & Julia and other familiar characters, along with surprising details like Grandpa Sailor's harbour, a railway, and hot air balloon.

The KattenKabinet is an art museum devoted to works of art depicting cats. Located in a traditional Amsterdam canal house built in 1667. The museum collection includes paintings, drawings, sculptures and other works of art by Pablo Picasso, Rembrandt, Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, Corneille, Sal Meijer, Théophile Steinlen, Ed van der Elsken and Jože Ciuha, among others.
Eat and drink like a local! Since 1920 Café Mulder has been the perfect spot for lunch, pancakes, drinks with snacks and dinner. The corner location is great for people watching. Just an 8 minute walk from out hotel!

The best steaks and seafood around with a wonderful variety of side dishes. Everything on their menu is sourced from their own farms and ranches in Basque country.
